Notification digest for Android

Batch the noise. Keep what matters immediate.

A notification digest works best when it reduces interruptions without turning important alerts into a pile you only notice later.

Pingfold's model: choose Digest for noisy apps, Immediate for important apps, and Block for alerts you do not need.

How Pingfold's Digest works

  1. Choose which apps should use Digest instead of Immediate.
  2. Pick scheduled delivery times or an interval.
  3. Pingfold holds those notifications locally until the next Digest.
  4. Open the Digest to review the waiting notifications together.

What should stay Immediate?

Anything time-sensitive: calls, alarms, authentication prompts, travel changes, calendar alerts, or apps you personally do not want delayed. Pingfold lets you keep those apps Immediate while batching lower-priority sources.

When a whole-app setting is too broad

Add an Exception for the narrower case. Pingfold's rules can route specific notification patterns differently without forcing every user into a large automation system.

Privacy

Digest content is stored locally on your device. Notification content is not uploaded to Pingfold servers for processing. Queued and delivered preview retention is bounded and can be cleared from Settings.
