Notification reminder for Android

Bring an important alert back when you can act on it.

Some notifications matter, but not at the moment they arrive. Keeping them in the shade for hours is easy to forget and can make every other alert harder to scan.

Use Remind Later for a specific case

Pingfold includes a Remind Later Exception action. You define the case and a reminder delay from 5 minutes to 2 hours, review it before saving, and Pingfold asks Android to snooze future matching notifications locally.

Use Digest for a recurring category

If many notifications from an app are simply lower priority, Digest is usually the simpler default. Remind Later is better when a narrower kind of alert deserves another chance to get your attention at a useful time.

Keep reminders understandable

Pingfold favors bounded notification behaviors over open-ended automation. The reminder is a Pingfold action, and the app's local history can explain which rule produced it.

Privacy

Notification content is not uploaded to Pingfold servers for processing. Recent notification content can be retained locally when enabled and can be cleared from Settings.
